Fear: anxiety, apprehension, dread; drives us to find help, keeps
us seeking after God.

Why me?: question God for the reason of the illness.
Section 5 "To bargain or not to bargain, that is the

Bargaining: trying to negotiate with God to acquire good health.
Section 6 "Isn't being sick enough? Now anger, too?"
Anger: feelings of frustration and hurt displaced in all directions.
Section 7 "I must have done something wrong. Right?"
Guilt & Forgiveness: guilt without forgiveness causes more
misery.
Section 8 "Bitter or Better. It's my choice."
Self-Pity: a result of unresolved anger and bitterness.
Section 9 "For even darkness cannot hide from God."
Depression: feeling cut-off, alone, wretched; the result of anger
turned inward.

Hope: faith in God's ability, His plan for our lives, and eternity
with Him.

Acceptance: giving sincere thanks, accepting God's will for our
lives.

Testimonies of God's hope and comfort through the lives of those
who became Caring Conquerors through the abundant love of Jesus
Christ our Lord.
